The Ascot company, Marquee Hire, was founded by Justin Sole in 1999. Justin and his family of entrepreneurs continue to run the company from its Ascot, Berkshire, headquarters. It is Justin who is commended for the company’s great vision and service to the community.

Justin is a totally hands-on boss and continues to support his staff at every level of the business in order to provide all its customers with an excellent service.

To provide the best in cutting edge event hire and support, while sustaining long-term growth and superb customer satisfaction. We will promote quality, safety and service at all levels while continuing to enhance our brand to become the best in the event hire field in the country.


To research and understand the current industries needs better, so we can not just meet our customers requirements but excel.

To Introduce new and exciting products including special lighting effects, new interior linings, stunning themes, custom design printing, as well as alternative and unique PVC options.

To provide show marquees, so our customers and potential clients can view our services including our new unique product launches.

To continue to improve our office and working environment internally and externally for the benefit of our staff and visitors.

Aside of listening to our clients and their requirements we go beyond listening by providing solutions that will work better for their event than those that may not ensure event success. We strive to ensure each and every customer is not just satisfied but is so thrilled they will return to Marquee Hire again and again. In other words, we love taking care of our customers.

Our marquees conform to all the necessary British and European Safety Standards. The manufacturer of our standard marquees is a member of the Performance Textiles Association, formerly known as MUTA, and certified ISO 9001 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). Marquee Hire is also a member of MUTA. Please read our section on Health and Safety.

We help our customers make smart decisions when planning an event. We work with our customers to build a hiring model that is custom built, affordable, does not undervalue their expectations, but will ensure complete satisfaction so they receive exceptional value.
